Terms of Sale
Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is a request to purchase. An order is accepted when Sea Treasure confirms or begins fulfilment, subject to availability and any checks required for the selected payment method.
Prices, VAT and weight-based products
Prices and applicable VAT are shown before the order is placed. Where seafood is sold by weight, pricing is based on the stated original product weight. Cleaning, scaling, filleting or portioning naturally reduces final usable delivered weight.
Preparation
Preparation options selected by the customer are carried out where available. Natural products vary in size and yield, so prepared-weight estimates are indicative rather than guaranteed.
Availability and substitutions
Fresh seafood availability can change quickly. Sea Treasure will not substitute a materially different product without customer agreement where contact is reasonably possible.
Payment
Available payment methods are those shown at checkout. Bank-transfer orders may remain on hold until payment is confirmed.
Delivery
Available areas, methods, charges and slots are published by Sea Treasure and confirmed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates where circumstances outside reasonable control cause delay.
Missed delivery
Because seafood is perishable, customers should ensure that someone can receive the order during the selected delivery period.
Quality issues
If an order arrives damaged, incorrect or with a quality concern, contact Sea Treasure promptly with the order number and relevant photographs where possible.
Perishable goods and refunds
Cancellation and return rights may be limited for goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. This does not affect rights relating to faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.
B2B orders
Approved business accounts may be subject to separately agreed pricing, minimum quantities, invoicing, delivery schedules or other commercial terms.
